Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please download and fill out the return form. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive further updates regarding the status of your return.

2. Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and only unworn and unwashed items are accepted.
  • Items should be unused and in a new, resalable condition.
  • Magazines must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns and ship items back at the customer’s expense if they are not in the specified condition. Any items returned that are not in their original condition (including damaged, worn, or washed merchandise) will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

To ensure a smooth return, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return by emailing support@thehealthytimes.com.
  2. Download the return form and fill it out completely after receiving confirmation.
  3. Include the return form with your return package.
  4. Pack your return securely and seal it properly.
  5. Clearly write your order number on the outside of your return package.
  6. Send the package to the return address provided on the return form. We recommend sending your package with insurance. If you send your return without insurance and the package is lost, there is no possibility of compensation from the shipping service. Any additional costs, such as customs fees or cash-on-delivery charges, as well as collecting packages from the customs office, will not be covered. We will not accept such packages.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once your package has been received, you will receive a further update on the status of your return. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping costs) to your original method of payment. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If your order could not be delivered to you and was returned to us as a result, we will simply cancel the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping costs. If you'd like, you can place a new order at any time.
